Warranty

You have the broad network of Veho AS’s shops in your service. Authorised shops of Veho AS for Mercedes-Benz, Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge and Maserati vehicles:
1. have the requisite installations and special tools; their staff undergo a continuous training regimen;
2. ensure that your vehicle is maintained and repaired professionally with due care;
3. carry out warranty repairs according to the terms and conditions of the sales warranty applicable to new vehicles and other warranty arrangements, involving also the manufacturer in repair works after the end of the warranty period (goodwill);
4. carry out professionally all maintenance works prescribed by the manufacturer;
5. confirm with their entries in the maintenance book that all maintenance works on the vehicle have been carried out on time;
6. handle claims under the sales warranty arising from the terms and conditions provided for in sales agreements.

You are asked to kindly comply with the requirements and recommendations provided for in the maintenance book and the list of regular maintenance works. These requirements must be adhered to also when you give the vehicle to be used and maintained by a third party. This is the only way to ensure that you have unrestricted rights to bring warranty claims.
If scheduled maintenance works have not been carried out, the manufacture will decide whether or not to accept the claim only after inspection of the parts of the vehicle underlying the claim. Make sure, especially during and also after the end of the warranty period, that all scheduled regular maintenance works have been carried out:
1. regularly,
2. on time,
3. at a competent shop that has the tools and special knowledge needed to carry out the works.
